L'Alcôve de Vittefleur is a Normandy guest house in the heart of the Pays de Caux, six minutes from the beach at Veulettes-sur-Mer. Five rooms, a garden, and the sea across the way when the wind drops.
L'Alcôve de Vittefleur is a contemporary timber house set in the heart of the Pays de Caux. We opened it to travellers in 2014 — a red wooden façade, a rare sight on this land of flint and half-timbering.
We laid out five rooms around what gives the place its soul — pale wood, light pouring through, the large garden and the orchard's apple trees. Each room has its own bathroom, washed-linen bedding, and looks out on something we hope does you good.

Each has its own bathroom, washed-linen bedding, and looks onto the garden, the orchard or the courtyard. All different, all quiet.
The places we love, from closest to furthest. Chalk cliffs, fishing harbours, pebble beaches and restaurants run by the same families for thirty years.
Two hours from Paris, at the end of the Durdent valley. By car, train or bike — here are your bearings.
Everything that makes the stay easy. Included in the price, no hidden extras. We'd rather offer it than bill it.

« Un petit miracle de calme à six minutes de la mer. Le jardin, les pommiers, et la chambre en plein soleil le matin. On a déjà reprogrammé pour l'an prochain. »
« Stayed three nights to walk the GR21. The room was beautiful and the tips on Veules-les-Roses were spot on. Would come back tomorrow. »
« On voulait deux jours au calme, on a finalement allongé. La maison est belle, simple, et l'accueil de Ramata fait beaucoup. »
